Cloud Service Trial

Ready to try out a 3 month free trial of our Cloud Service? Our Home Inspector Pro Cloud service allows you to sync reports between Home Inspector Pro for Windows & Mac and Home Inspector Pro Mobile devices. It also allows you to upload reports to be stored for 5 years, automatically emails clients and agents links to the report and more. The username and password you choose when registering will be entered into Home Inspector Pro and HIP Mobile software. If you've already registered on the site you can use your current name and password. After your 3 months are up the cost is $20/mo.

Home Inspector Pro (including HIP Mobile)- Lease $125

For $125 upfront and $65 a month you can lease a copy of Home Inspector Pro, Home Inspector Pro Mobile (Android, iPhone and iPad version) and receive usage of our Cloud Service (normally $20 a month by itself). The Cloud service will allow you to sync reports with HIP Mobile, as well as upload reports to the internet for the client, real estate agent, and you to view. A license file will be emailed to you within a few hours of purchase that unlocks the program.

For $99 upfront and $50 a month you can lease a copy of Home Inspector Pro and receive usage of our Cloud Service (normally $20 a month by itself). The Cloud service will allow you to sync reports with HIP Mobile if you've purchased it, as well as upload reports to the internet for the client, real estate agent, and you to view. A license file will be emailed to you within a few hours of purchase that unlocks the program.

Home Inspector Pro 4.0 Upgrade - $249

Upgrade from Home Inspector Pro 2 or 3 to HIP 4 by using this plan. All updates are included through the entire 4.x version (approximately 2 to 2.5 years). No matter what the program will never stop working and you have lifetime free tech support. The Upgrade to Home Inspector Pro 4 is free for 60-70% of our users. Email Help@HomeInspectorPro.com for your free 4.0 upgrade if you meet the following criteria: 1. If you purchased Home Inspector Pro 3 during of after November 2013 (this is 4 months longer than the 6 months free we promise) 2. If you are on a lease plan 3. If you have been paying for at least 2 monthly services for at least 6 months (i.e. 2 websites or 1 website and the Cloud service)
